1-10 Minutes — OHS
11-20 Minutes — Front Squats
21-30 Minutes — Back Squats
30+ Minutes — Air Squats
*Rx’d = 45# bar. Only a few athletes should use this bar. We will also use 30#, 15#, 8# bars and PVC pipe. Be wise with selecting your weight.
EVERYONE WILL ROLL OUT AFTER THIS WOD. NOBODY LEAVES EARLY!!!!!!!!
