Personal Training is designed for the individual who wants to get the very best out of their experience and investment. Each session, you will work with your coach in a one-on-one setting, completing a program designed specifically for your goals and desires. We also consult with local chiropractors, athletic trainers, and physical therapists for those coming back from injury to result in a completely customizable rehabilitation program. Generally, these sessions occur two to four times a week for 30 or 60 minutes, based on the desires of the individual.
We serve clients as young as 11 years old and more than a dozen into their seventies — all looking to improve their lives and push off the aging process as long as possible. We serve high school to professional athletes, CrossFit athletes, business professionals, retired folks – anyone simply looking to get the most out of their training.
