We would be happy to meet with you to complete a Functional Movement Screen and discuss options to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Everyone starts with the initial FMS (Functional Movement Screen). This evaluation is the first step in learning how we can best assist you. From there, you can pursue either Personal Training or Small Group Training, Athlete Training, Postpartum Corrective work, Individual Program Design or group CrossFit classes.
If you elect a more personalized approach to health and fitness – we will help you select the best partner for you that is on our training team. Depending on your goals and scheduling needs – and their specialty areas, we will find the best fit to help you get started in a one-on-one, personalized program. You’ll be motivated and guided through a well thought out, safe and effective program that will be created just for you.
Should you elect to join our CrossFit program, a 5-session Orientation is the best place to start! We believe that a firm foundation is necessary for any exercise program and any “new to CrossFit” individuals are required to complete these Orientation sessions prior to class participation. These sessions take you through all necessary skills to make your class experience safe, fun and successful! Some individuals do end up needing more than 5 sessions, and that’s OK, too! We offer these low-cost sessions to prepare you adequately for the group programming. Once you are comfortable, it’s time to rock and roll!
