28-day Jump Start Employee Wellness Program

When Tim Steel asked me as an owner of a business if I was interested in taking part in the Jump Start Program, I immediately thought of all the information I had read on how more productive employees are when they are healthy. I have employees ranging from the age of 24 to 75 and they have all reaped benefits from this program. It is neither intimidating nor aggressive, but just a good way to start thinking about making yourself healthy in a practical way. From the information on sleep, diet, and the InBody Analysis, it helped to make them think about their overall health no matter what age. During and after the initial 28-day challenge, I observed staff taking some of the information seriously and began to improve their lifestyle. This program served as a great beginning for my employees to take responsibility for their own health and it can do the same for yours!
