Our nutrition program is led by Lindsay Kinard.  It is a personalized nutrition plan focusing on correct caloric intake and macronutrients.  We offer plans ranging in length from a 1 time consult to 12-month duration.  This program includes an intake meeting with body composition via the InBody scan, summation scoring, bi-weekly meetings, log monitoring, constant communication with a coach and measurements and weigh-ins throughout.
