Join us for our High School Summer Athlete Program!
This program will build throughout the summer, beginning June 7th and ending on August 4th. Over the 8 weeks, we will develop foundational strength movements and intensify as the Fall season approaches. Student athletes will be prepared with both Strength & Conditioning for their upcoming seasons – OR – will lay a solid foundation for further training.

Training athletes as young as nine years old, we can help young athletes get a step up on their skill development and strength base. With a strong emphasis on developing the basic movement patterns, its our desire to make their experience fun and enjoyable. We work on basic body control and footwork and only later into different energy systems training as their development allows. We work with both individuals and teams anywhere from 1-3 times a week depending on their season schedule.
