Congrats to everyone who blasted out a PR yesterday.  Days like this at the gym seem to be coming around more and more often, which is very encouraging.  We are seeing a lot of continual gains from many of you.  It’s clear that your dedication and hard work is paying off.  Thank you for all of your hard work!
