This video should make us all feel better about ourselves.  Maybe he threw up because he saw his form in the mirror in front of him.

A. 2 Back Squats OMEM for 10 Minutes.  Heavy means nothing without depth.

15 Back Squats (135/95)

15 Shoot Throughs

15 Burpees

 

*20 Minute CAP.

 

C. Roll Out.  Take care of yourself.
