RESULTS:
A. Subbed out Back Squat 5×3, rest 2 mins 275-295-305-305-305
B. 60#.  They still irritate me a bit.  A huge improvement from 2-3 days prior.
C. 145-155-155 x 14 steps (no step count was listed)
D. 20+ minutes.  I overpaced.
