B. OH bb walking lunge step, 4 x 16 tough steps, rest 60 seconds

RESULTS:

A. 190. 205, 225

B. 95#, 110# x3

C. 1 Round + Row + 50 Thrusters.  I did go on to complete it in 16:28.  I think the heat just blasted me.  Took a while for me to recover.
