A. Single leg DL x 5/side x 3 sets – rest as needed – this is a warm up
B. Snatch balance – 2 reps EMOM x 6 minutes
C. Clean Cluster; 1.1.1.1 x 3, rest 10 sec., rest 2 minutes *build upon last time
D. EMOM x 10 minutes = 4 UB muscle ups
E. DB bent over row x 6/side x 4 sets, rest 60 seconds
RESULTS:
A. 135-175. felt good on these for once.
B. 185#
C. 250-255 (got 3 in a row then failed on the forth, rested 20 secs and wacked it)-255 (same as set 2)
