RESULTS:
A. Done.  Did get up to 413 watts and dipped to 174 a few secs on the “rest”
B. Done.  I suck at Hollow Rocks.  (Not surprised).  Did well on the DUs.
C. Felt Strong.  Did 150-154m each 30 sec round.
