A. Find a 1rm Push Press and Push Jerk.  Try to get both, if it’s not happening, don’t sweat it.

 

B. 10 Min AMRAP:

5 Pull Ups

10 WBS

5 Burpees

 

C. Push Ups 3×15-20

*If advanced, do at 31×0 tempo

 

Peformance

B. Climb the Ladder as far as you can in 7 minutes..

C. Dips 3×8-15, rest 60 secs

*If you can not do dips, strict press (ext rot) same rep scheme
