This week begins two weeks of testing.  Please do your best to be here as much as possible so you can get new PRs posted (and to greatly decrease confusion once we begin using these 1RMs in class) by the end of the month.   A lot of you have worked very hard the last few months, so let it all hang out these next few weeks and surprise yourselves!  

 

Fitness

A. In 15 minutes establish a new 1RM Back Squat

 

B. Max Distance Row in 60 secs

 

C. 3 Rounds:

200m Run

20 HR Push Ups

20 KB Swings (24/16)

20 Air Squats

 

D. 3 Min Plank Hold

 

 

Performance

10 Burpee Pull Ups

10 Squat Cleans (115/75)
