A.  Work up to heavy 3 Rep Front Squat in 15 Minutes.

-If you’re feeling good, go for a 3RM

 

B. Clean 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 (185/125)

-After each set of cleans complete 2 Rounds of “Cindy”

-All Cleans must be “squat cleans”
