Here is how I ended up doing this…
Friday (I was really busy, didn’t hydrate well and sucked).

For WBS I went 50, 43/7, 18/19/13.  Last set was mental.  I was weak.
The rows I only did 3 and started to fade.  I did 1:40.1, 1:41.7, 1:42.  I battled hard to get that 1:42.  I was feeling the day before sadly.  It was my fault.  I didn’t eat or drink well.
