One of the greatest CrossFitters ever competes again this weekend to make his eighth straight CrossFit Games.  Along his side will be Denny’s boy, Eric, competing again at Regionals (Southwest Region).

 

Fitness

A. Push Jerk 3 x 5, rest 60 secs

 

B. 4 Rounds:

5 Power Cleans (135/95)

5 Push Press (135/95)

25 Burpees

Rest 2 Minutes

 

Once you are done with the four rounds (and have rested 2 minutes)…

2 mins Max DUs

 

Performance

A. Push Jerk (No Split) 3 x 5, Rest 60 secs.

 

B. 3 Rounds:

10 UB Clean & Jerk (135/95)

15 Burpee (No Push Up) Box Jumps (24/20)

Rest 6 minutes
