RESULTS:
A. 235
B. 170
C. 8+sleds. I did a high push out/low push in with 195#
D. Got through 15/15.
My back was hurting a bit.  I just felt tired the entire day.  The C&J I was just trying to stay tight and get work done (and protect my back–this is the one that pushed me over the edge in the Open last year and it was in my head).
