FITNESS CHALLENGE #2

The 2nd challenge will be to read one fitness related article everyday.  This can range from a 2-3 page article to a 15 page in-depth, more scientific/scholarly study.  We want EVERYONE to gain knowledge in our gym, not just our trainers/coaches.  This, like the hydrotherapy, is based 100% on your honesty.  If you discover a good article, please share it on our Group FB Page or simply on your FB wall.

Although, we are not requiring people to continue with the hydrotherapy, we still highly encourage maintaining the idea of getting at least 20 ozs of water in your system upon waking, especially if you are working out in one of the AM classes.

Keep working hard and adding up those points!
