I don’t have access to a pool right now, so I did this instead (I did the same idea last week but raised the intensity this week)
every 60 secs -4 cals on the AB (680+ watts) x 4
every 90 secs- 6 cals on the AB (500+ watts) x3
every 150 secs- 9 cals on the AB (450+ watts) x2
–rest 3 mins–
x2 rounds
