RESULTS:
A. 145-50
B. Done.  Felt good on my jerks (which had been a bit of an issue)
C. 2:57, 2:51, 2:45, 2:39 ( not sure if these were to be all out by the end…I felt “under control” each round).

D. Finished round of 15.
E. Did some skill work: worked with new speed rope, HS Walks (which are improving A LOT), and some MU technique work.
Stomach still feels a little funny…bloated feeling.
