B.  Single leg DL x 6/side x 3 sets
C.  Push Press – build to a 5 RM

30 sec. am rap push press @ 95#
30 sec. amrap no push up burpee box jump, 20”
30 sec. amrap kb swing @ 55# *shoulder height only
30 sec. AD cal @ max
rest 8 minutes x 3-4 rounds
RESULTS:
A. 375
B. 135
C. 215.  I failed at 225 twice–got 3 reps each time.
D. 72, 72, 70, 67 reps.
Got 24+ PP, 9+ BJ, 18+ Swings, and 15+ cals each round.  (got 22 cals my first round)
