A.  Single leg DB DL, 4 x 5/side, rest 45 seconds bt. legs
B.  Power clean @ 83-85% of 1 RM; 4 reps (singles) x 5 sets, rest 2 minutes
+
3 push jerks @ 82-87% of 1RM
10 burpee box jumps @ 24″
20 sec. on AD AFAP
rest 5 minutes x 6 sets
+
reverse hyper; 4 x 8, rest 60 seconds
RESULTS:
A.  70# DB (highest I have)
B. 235×2 sets, 240×1 set, 245×1 set, 250×1 set
C.  Done.  I did 215# for the first 4 sets and cut back to 205 for the last two.  I keep overextending.  Overall, that sucked!
D. 140, 150, 160, 165.  These felt solid.
