B.  Power clean + push jerk @ 65-70% of 1 RM; 1 rep on the 30 seconds x 10
C.  Reverse Hyper, 3 x 8-10, rest 45 seconds

60 power cleans @ 95#

accumulate 5 minutes of plank hold w/ 35# plate on back
RESULTS:
A. 80# KB.  The heaviest I have.  Felt easy.
B. Done at 180#. Felt Great.
C. 110, 120, 125.  Feeling stronger everyday on these.
8:15.  Felt decent.
Plank work done.
A bit of back tightness, but overall feeling REALLY good right now.
