C.  HSPU, 5 x 15 Unbroken *rest as needed
D.1  Reverse hyper, 4 x 10, rest 45 seconds
D.2  TGU @ 70# KB, 4 x 1/arm, rest 45 seconds
RESULTS:
A. 215, 225×2(ugly), 215×2
B. 150,160,165,165,165
C. Done.
D1. 110,110,115,120
D2.  Had to do 53#.  I suck at those.
