B.  Front rack FFESS: 3 x 3/leg @ 30X0, rest 45 sec. bt. legs
C.  Weighted pull up; 5 x 4, rest 2 minutes
D.  Reverse hyper, 4 x 8-10, rest 60 seconds
RESULTS:
A. 150,155, 155, 165, 165
B. 185×3
C. 90, 100, 110, 100
D.  Went light–back was irritated.
