RESULTS:
#1.
OHS x3: 225 (PR) (I went ahead and wacked 245# x1.  Felt very solid.  I will have the video to you shortly).
Power Clean: 265.  That’s 96% of my current 1rm. I was satisfied.  Need to drop my hips better and quicker turnover with the elbows.
MUs: Only 12.  Disappointed with this.

#3. I didn’t get to this.  My schedule was all messed up today.
***It was a rough last 10 days for me.  I’m kinda run down.  I fixing things for sure and will be ready for the camp in February.
