RESULTS:
A. 185
B. 185

PM (I did this with a 15 min rest): 9:35.  Felt decent.  My strength is definitely coming back.
After this I worked up to some heavier squat clean thrusters with a few triples at 185 and singles up to 225.  Felt decent.  Overall good training week. Encouraging.
