rest 3 minutes x 3 rounds
RESULTS:
I didn’t have a ton of time so I cut bits and pieces of this out.
A. (AD 45 sec Sprints) 38,36,33
B. 1319m.  Only did one…this was harder than I thought.  Crap
C. (AD 30 sec Sprints) 28,27,25
