B.  3 position snatch x 3 sets – rest 2 minutes
C.1  Chained back squat, 5.3.1, rest 90 seconds
C.2  Muscle ups, 10.10.10, rest 90 seconds
Results:
A. 135-140(F-4)-135
B. 145-145-145
C1. 300-320-340 (No chains and bands didn’t seem to work well.)
C2. Complete–not UB for 2nd and 3rd sets.
