B.  DB bulgarian split squat; 3 x 8/side, rest 60 seconds bt. sides

EMOM x 14 minutes
odd = 10 HSPU
even = 5 muscle ups
RESULTS:
A. @125#
B. 70# DBs
C. The EMOM…
Did it for 8 mins, then went to 4 UB MUs and 10 HSPUs for 14 minutes
