A. Snatch – build to max
-rest 10 minutes
For time:
10 reps @ 70%
10 reps @ 75%
10 reps @ 80%
rest 20 minutes
10 minutes ont the clock
60 barbell facing burpees
30 squat cleans @ 115#
15 Mu
RESULTS:
A. 195 (I missed 200/205 about 37 freakin times).
B. 140-150-160.  My hip/quad really started acting up.  More on that later. 11:34.  The snatch was easy–getting out of the squat hurt.
C. 1+4 (again, those squat cleans I did it small sets because of the hip). Burpees UB
*About 4 hours after this I did 10 rounds of 3 MUs, rest 20 secs.  Oddly, I finished in something like 5:18, which is about 30 secs off my PR…pacing for me is huge with MUs
