A.  Back rack front foot elevated split squat, 6 x 3-4/leg, rest 60 seconds bt. legs
B.  Snatch @ 65% of 1 RM; 6 x 3, rest 60 seconds *focus on first pull

12 minute amrap
1 hang squat clean @ 155
1 muscle up
2 hang squat clean
2 muscle ups
etc…
RESULTS:
A. 7″.  135,155,175,185,195,205.  I should have started higher.
B. 125#.  Felt very solid.
C. 7 Rounds.  Damn Muscle Ups.
I did some AD and MU work after a two hour break to teach two classes.
