B.  CG bench press @ 63% of 1 RM; 3 fast reps EMOM x 8

RESULTS:
A. Did 5 Rds.  Broke on 6th (5-2) and 7th (4-3).  Forearms were tight!  Felt solid though.
B. Done at 175#
C. 21+12 for 16 mins of Cindy
D. Sled work done at 215# of total weight.
