A.  Snatch balance, 5 minutes of doubles – building each set
B.  CG DL to knee x 1 + squat clean x 1 from pause @ knee – hold bottom position for 2 seconds staying tight x 4, rest 2 minutes
C1.  5 unbroken muscle ups x 5, rest 1 minute
C2.  10 unbroken HSPU x 5, rest 1 minute
Results:
A. Finished at 170#
B. I jacked this up.  I misread it and did 1 CG DL to knee + 1 SC from pause then 2 sec bottom hold x 4 (in a row) x 4 sets, Rest 2 minutes.  So I did 16 total “reps”…way more work than I was supposed to do. Weights were 185-195-205-215.
