B. Max Reps of 90% of 1RM
C. AMRAP CTB x 1 Set
Results:
A. 340#. Considering I haven’t back squatted over 225# since January along with the jacked up facet joints in my lower back, I can’t be too upset. PR is 365# (Dec 2012)
B. 6 Reps. Form got nasty during 6th. Didn’t even attempt a 7th rep.
C. 28 Reps.
