RESULTS:
Man, this capped a pretty crappy end to the week.  Again, I didn’t warm up well, and for some reason thought having the damper set really high was a good idea.  I blew up.  It shredded me.  I cut it off at 1k with a 3:26 (was quickly falling off pace, even after a lower the damper twice).
I did come back a bit later (2 hours) and do 6 x 300m rows with 90 sec breaks:

Working out first thing in the morning (before I teach) has never worked well for me–not sure why I thought today would be any different.
