RESULTS:
I caved.  8 training sessions.  I was zapped. I got through the 155# okay. Got the 20 MUs with difficulty.  The 175# were very frustrating…I shut it down.  In retrospect, I should have scaled it back a bit.  I forced myself to get going with very little warm up due to class beginning.  I screwed myself.
