For 15 Minutes work on Pull Up variations:

Lighter Band

Butterfly

Kipping

Strict

L-Sit

Muscle Ups

Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes:

6 Pull Ups (go as difficult as you are able)

8 Lateral Box Jumps (24/20)

12 Ab Mats (there will be a “scaled up” available to those Rx’d)
