B.  Snatch grip RDL @ 55% of 1 RM DL @ 22×1 x 3 x 3 sets
C.  Deficit DL @ 70% x 3-4 reps x 3 sets @ 2” spot
D.  p-bar HSPU @ 10” – 7 x 3 reps , rest 60 seconds

500m row @ 1:28 pace
rest 5 minutes x 2-3 rounds
RESULTS:
A. 90lb (had nothing higher)
B. 285
C. 355
D. did 7×5 reps @-10″. felt great
E. 1:34.5, 1:35.9, 1:26.4.  Felt terrible.  My arms were very tired–bad form.
