4 minute max double unders *every break do 5 box jumps @ 24″
Results:
A. 225 x3, 235 x3, 245×3, 255×3, 265×3 (I guess I regret not starting around 245)
B. 225, 235, 245
C. 46 reps, 44 reps, 39 reps (feeling very solid with the 70# KB)
D. 229 DUs w/ 5 breaks
