Great practice for home or before class.  Be relentless with Snatch work!

 

A.  Work up to a heavy 1RM Snatch — GET HEAVY AND STAY CONFIDENT

 

B.  Workout

3 Mins ON/2 Mins OFF x 4

3 Snatch (95/65)

5 Toe-to-Bars

7 Box Jump Overs (24/20)

 

Goal here is to remain as consistent as possible.  The longer rest interval will enable you to more fully recover and attack each 3 minute interval.
