Come to class early if you can. The gym will be opened at 5am for you 530am folks. We will run heats with the first starting at 10 minutes into the class and the other beginning 30 minutes later. If you are a judge, please take it seriously. You are to count each and every rep and watch for nasty reps, etc… I will explain this issue more in depth tomorrow. If you absolutely can not make it on Friday, you can get it done on Saturday (or tonight with Brandi at 7pm–get here EARLY to warm up).
A. Mobility for 15 Minutes. Work specifically on Shoulders and Hips.
B. Snatch Form and Burpee Strategy.
