B.  OH BB walking lunge step, 3 x 20 unbroken steps, rest 90 seconds
C.1  Single leg snatch grip RDL, 3 x 8/leg, rest 10 sec. bt. legs, rest 60 seconds
C.2  TGU @ 55# x 10 x 3, rest 60 seconds *5/arm
RESULTS:
A. 200, 205, 205, 210,210,210×2,215×2
B. 95, 110, 110
C. Up to 125#
D. I suck at these.  Done.
