A.  Snatch balance; 3 reps @ 75% of 1 RM snatch balance x 6 sets, rest 2 minutes
B.  Clean; 5 @ 80%, 5 @ 90% *rest as needed.. all solid reps

50 cTB pull ups
400m run
50 thrusters @ 135#
+
3 minute plank hold w/ 45# on back
RESULTS:
A. 135#. Felt Solid
B. 215, 245.  Felt very good.
C. 10:39.  CTBs were hard for some reason.  Thrusters are feeling better every time I do them.  I’ve been backing off a bit with them because of my back, but today I felt better…more confident.
