B.  Snatch; 3 @ 75% , 3 @ 80%, 3 @ 85%, 1-2 @ 90% *these are all singles, rest as needed

12 minute ascending ladder
muscle up
wall ball @ 30#
round 1 = 1/1, round 2 = 2/2, round 3 = 3/3 etc…
RESULTS:
A. 165×3, 175×2
B. 135, 150, 160, 175
C. 7+3
