This will be the final week of testing before we begin our new phase of training.  Please get as many of these accomplished before next Monday.  Take this seriously as we will use these numbers for the next 12 weeks.

There will not be Class next Monday, September 3rd.  There will be a 5k Race going on at 8am that we encourage all of you to run.  If not, take the day off and get ready for the first day of training.  There will also not be a 530am class on Wednesday, Sept 5th.  Our apologies.

7 Minute AMRAP:

1 Thruster (95/65)

1 Burpee

2 Thrusters

2 Burpees

3 Thrusters

3 Burpees

4 Thrusters

4 Burpees

*Continue this pattern until time expires.  Add up your LAST TWO Completed Rounds For Your Score.
