B.1  Back Squat @ 275 x (-2)amrap @ 30×0, rest 10 seconds x 5
B.2  Muscle ups, 5 x 60 sec. (-2)amrap, rest 3 minutes

B1. I reduced weight to 225# because of my back and stayed at 7 reps

*I wanted to get some kind of leg work in and more quantity of MUs…heavy focus on form.
