B.  Rack pull; 3 x 3, rest 2 minutes
C.  Push jerk; 4 singles @ 77% of 1 RM x 4 sets, rest 2 minutes
+
20 sec. row sprint @ max effort
rest 4 minutes x 10
RESULTS:
B. 455 (reps of 3,4,5).  Felt good.  I should have gone heavier.
C. 205#  x 5 sets
D. That sucked.  Absolutely sucked.
